Debora Leite
KinderGym Manager
As our Manager and coach, Debi’s goal is to facilitate / stimulate and engage the physical, mental and emotional development of babies, toddlers and kids through the use of gymnastics activities and exercises in a safe and fun environment.
Debi is a dedicated and experienced Physical Education Teacher, Sports Coach and also a professional performer who has been coaching children for over 10 years. She always has a smile on her face and has a unique way of connecting with the young ones, making learning gymnastics an exciting and enjoyable process for everyone involved.
Josh Robinson
KinderGym Coach & Head Coach for our Development Squad
Josh is a Level 3 Gymnastics Coach with Britich Gymnastics and has been training and competing in the sport since the age of 4.
He has represented Great Britain in acrobatic Gymnastics and his greatest achievement was coming 2nd in the European Championships.
ASA qualified primary school teacher Josh loves working with children of all ages and abilities but has a passion for development and elite gymnastics, trampolining and tumbling.
Marianne Butler
KinderGym & Development Squad Coach
Marianne, our dedicated new coach at Active8Kids has been involved in gymnastics since childhood. She has a passion for recreational gymnastics and places the child’s overall development as her top priority.
Marianne has competed at level 8 and taught under the former Olympic coach Andre Rizzo. She has taught all age groups in both recreational and competitive gymnastics and has vast experience in teaching children with disabilities.
Marianne is also an Aerobics and Yoga teacher.
Sara Tredler
Owner, Operations and Strategic Marketing Director (Mum of 3)
Joint owner of Active8Kids & Kickeroos, Sara has over 18 years experience in Human Resources, Strategic Marketing and Communications.
Sara is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, Client management and New business.
As well as being a mum of 3 children, Sara works closely in the community to support local charities and families with special needs.
Melanie Poswell
Operations Manager
With a background in PR, Marketing and Event Management, Melanie joined the Active8Kids and Kickeroos Team in February 2014.
Having had a break from the ‘workforce’ and now with 3 school age children, she runs the Administration and Daily Operations of the Company.
